1. No Refunds on Services

All services offered by CoinCardX, including virtual credit cards, money transfers, and crypto services, are non-refundable. Once a transaction has been processed or a service has been provided, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

• Virtual Credit Card: Once a virtual credit card is issued and activated, it is considered a final transaction. No refunds will be processed if you decide to discontinue its use.

• Crypto Transfers: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once initiated. Once crypto funds are sent outside the CoinCardX platform, we are unable to reverse or refund the transaction. We strongly advise double-checking the recipient's details before confirming any transfer.

• Money Load: Once funds are loaded onto your CoinCardX virtual card or crypto wallet, the transaction is final. We do not provide refunds for any funds loaded to your account.

3. Dispute Policy

We do not accept disputes related to any card transactions or crypto transfers. Once a transaction has been completed, whether it’s a payment via your CoinCardX virtual credit card or a crypto transfer outside the CoinCardX platform, it is final, and no disputes will be entertained.

4. Security and Accuracy

We encourage all users to ensure the accuracy of all transaction details, including payment information and cryptocurrency addresses, before confirming any action. CoinCardX is not liable for any loss or issue arising from incorrect information provided by users.

5. Exceptions

There may be limited exceptions to this policy at CoinCardX’s sole discretion, but these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For any issues related to fraud, system errors, or technical problems, please contact our support team directly, and we will review the case in accordance with our policies.
